What are some of the best things about your team?When and if we get to work as a team we can over come what we need to to get things done.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?To know how the work is to be done in the field.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?The work force needs a Management team that knows how to work with the work force and not against them. Management needs to know what they are doing.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Management needs to let the work force do their job. Management needs to support what is needed to run the work force. The work force is being told how to do their jobs by people that do not know what their jobs are.
