Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Fair treatment out weighs compensation!

I think that they should compensate their team with a different bonus sysyem.

I was acting store manager getting a silly small bonus. I’ve been used and abused there for years. Horrible company that doesn’t care about its people- only the bottom line. I?

Review from Sales Dept

I feel undervalued because I deal with a lot in retail and I take on additional small jobs at work like doing floorset and I don't get any benefits for it. Plus I have been working there for over 2yrs and still cant get a full time position.

Review from Sales Dept

I feel like we do more work than we get paid for. There is alot more that goes into a sales associate or cashier job than one would think.

Review from Sales Dept

I feel undervalued because the managers tell you lies during the interview. (I've been employed here for 2yrs and my own managers tell me to "sell the job" to new hires so they won't leave, after learning they're being hired under false pretenses.

Review from Sales Dept

If you work like a manager, you should get paid like one.

Review from Sales Dept

bonuses and comps were higher in my earlier years here.

Review from Sales Dept

My management hasn't promoted me in the 2 years that I've worked for the company, and puts large work loads on me seeing that I'm able to handle it. They have yet to give me a pay raise in 2 years as well.

Review from Sales Dept

The pay is not comparable, you quickly discover that people make a wide range of salaries and there is little consideration for performance.
