We caiter to the age group young to older and are multi diverse so we can understand and speak to everyone, if there isnt one we can caiter to we find a way to calmly communicate so everyone feels comfortable

The store manager is under qualified, but the DM also doesn't care to correct the issues, so it is a loose loose situation.

Training your managers properly. Not only to manage and lead a store but they need help on basic behaviors. Ethical codes and policies should never be broken under any circumstances.
