We have a very big team. Managers always try to hear us. But we always try to do our best for the employees and for the customers
Though change is constant regarding new associates, management and rehires, the training is standard to eatch employee to familiarize or readjust to the company model of luxury.
My team all brings something different to the table and works hard to achieve the goals. Teamahare bonus is achieved when goals are met.

Need a stronger store manager who actually cares to get to know her associates and show that she also is putting in the work. Instead of belittling her team from the office.

Its management that needs immediate attention. If management would stop lying to the new hires about work conditions, would actually help the current work environment. (which is embarrassing beyond comprehension) Then your employees would actual want to work for you.
