Personally for me I quit after 9 years....I could no longer take or participate in the bullying. It was an awful atmosphere on many levels, which sadden me. At one time I loved my job. The one thing I do miss is my customers.

Better communication between higher up and store level management. Also. more visibility to what is actually going on in store. Let go of bad managers.
