My management team is extremely supportive, attentive, and encouraging. We get along extremely well and work collaboratively on many things. Our VP is amazing!
What did you like most about the interview process?
Even though I interviewed 9 years ago the process was friendly and enjoyable. Conversation was good and questions were geared toward the job and my experience and how they relate.
What makes you most happy at work?
I actually really enjoy working with school/districts with continuous improvement. I love building the relationships with each district and school which has helped me to grow STEM and private schools. Maintained relationships and they call me when at a new school to get them accredited or STEM cert.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is an amazing amount of support no matter whom you reach out to in another state or if it is another department. We all see the big picture and provide support to each other. I love how we all have built friendships with each other even though we live hundreds of miles away!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
By far the 403b is the most amazing aspect of the benefits package. We have a great HR team who is extremely helpful when I call for assistance as well. Our healthcare cost has been kept down and we have great healthcare but I did like BCBS better but understand the cost went up and had to switch.
