What is the best part about your compensation package?
Generous retirement contribution and PTO.

I really appreciate the PTO allowance and 403b retirement savings.

The employer contribution to retirement is stellar, and despite rising costs of healthcare, the insurance rates rarely go up. Paid holidays and maximum PTO (for length of service) are both excellent.

We all enjoy working nonprofit for the betterment of student learning.

The company supports working families; although sometimes it is necessary to work nights or weekends depending on the contract and time of year, in general, I can work around other important family schedules.
