Excellent team I work with in the West coast region of Cognia as an accreditation evaluator. Interaction always positive in our region. Not the same with Q/A and any interaction I've had with folks from the main office. They are very entitled and seem to be a good old boys club. Very poor listeners.

Rarely are we asked about what we need during trainings.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work on my own and set my timeline and calendar.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Support our specific needs in the West. Take our concerns forward, listen, and do everything they can to support us.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interviewing with out Vice President as he did an excellent job assessing skills and learning about how I could help.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working directly with the school leaders I serve. I especially appreciate tyhe Candidacy process as I get to visit the schools, truly understand the needs of leadership, and share my wealth of experience and ideas with them. the AER process could be much better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The folks that bring the most money into Cognia are paid the least. There is no incentive to bring in more business, do quality work, or improve. All opportunities are given to folks who are directors or above with the RAE's treated as peasants.
