Working directly with the school leaders I serve. I especially appreciate tyhe Candidacy process as I get to visit the schools, truly understand the needs of leadership, and share my wealth of experience and ideas with them. the AER process could be much better.
The folks that bring the most money into Cognia are paid the least. There is no incentive to bring in more business, do quality work, or improve. All opportunities are given to folks who are directors or above with the RAE's treated as peasants.
