I enjoy working at the company. At times, as a Regional Accreditation Evaluator, I feel disconnected from the work of Cognia as a whole. I believe Executive Leadership is working to address this in their new improvement strategy.

Getting to interact with the Regional VP and ask questions about the expectations of the role.

I answered Yes for both, but I don't receive stocks or benefits as a contracted Regional Accreditation Evaluator.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My regional team is very responsive and help to solve issues or concerns I may have in the field.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that the company has put in structures and processes to support the work I do in the field.
