I have worked with this company for 10 years. I love my job and enjoy working each day. I get to meet and work with many school districts and schools and build meaningful relationships to help them with their continuous school improvement. We have a great team of professionals working here!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health benefits package is the best when compared to other employers I have worked for. The 403b is amazing, and I can say I am not sure any other employer could come close to our benefits package.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love working for Cognia. I enjoy working with the districts/ schools, getting to know the leadership. Knowing I am helping our customers achieve their goals and continuous improvement efforts is very satisfying. When they call just to say hi, that makes my day! Relationships are everything!
