I have no stock benefits, no befenits at all actually. My pay is too low and that's why I am going to leave.

company now has a policy to pay more to employee if they have alternative offer and is most disgusting thing

there is no hike and no promotion in last 5 years

If they had good ways to retain talent. Polices should be employee friendly which is not the case. they deploy employee in US but will not file theirs visa properly The green card policy is a mess.

There is no clear attributikn to success. Peolle are paid by tole rather than actual contribution
