I've had a great experience at Cohesity so far (I've been here for almost a year). I feel very privileged to be able to work here and deeply respect our leadership team. I understand others may not have the same experience as me, but I hope my reviews provide a different perspective.
Very difficult culture to influence. Works fast but workout the process to scale. Building trust is hard. Understaffed.
