What are some of the best things about your team?I work with the best people
What is the best part about your compensation package? We have pretty good benefits
What do you like best about the leadership team? They have your back and will always help you
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Clean house. The good ol boys need to leave and start off fresh. Their management skills are old antiquated. Also instead of looking inward to try to solve the problem they blame everyone else and fire the sales reps and the people they count on.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Again management needs to go and the HR is a joke. They need a real HR department or they might end up on the wrong end of the table if you know what I mean
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?More team meetings in person and clear out upper management
