Ms. Cynthia K. Hook, also known as Cindi, serves as Senior Vice President of General Auditor and Global Risk Officer at Comcast Corporation. She served as Senior Vice President of Assurance and Advisory Team at Comcast Corporation. Prior to joining Comcast, Ms. Hook spent 12 years at Dell, Inc., and served as its Vice President of Global Audit and Transformation where she was responsible for the Global Audit function as well as transformation initiatives for the finance function and supporting business-wide change initiatives. Before that, she held senior finance positions within several groups at Dell, including Product Group, Information Technology, Dell International Services, Dell Americas Operations, Corporate Business Group, and Corporate Planning. She also served as an executive sponsor for Dell's Finance Diversity Action Committee and was a founding board member of Dell's women's networking group. Ms. Hook holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master's in Business Administration degree in Finance & Accounting from Brigham Young University and has served on the board of Ballet Austin.
