Executive Bio

Ms. Tracy Pitcher serves as Senior Vice President of Greater Boston Region for Comcast Cable Communications, LLC at Comcast Corporation. Ms. Pitcher served as Senior Vice President of Small-and Mid-Sized Business Operations for Comcast Business Services at Comcast Corporation since April 2012. Ms. Pitcher joined Comcast Business Services in January 2011 and is responsible for the strategic direction and organizational effectiveness of service delivery, technical operations and care for all of its SMB customers. With a collaborative leadership style and focus on developing and implementing metrics for each touch point in the customer lifecycle, she has already made a significant impact on the customer experience. She served as Vice President of Customer Care of Southeast Division for Charter Communications Inc., since June 2003. She joined Charter in 2001 as Director of Customer Care in its Northeast Region. She moved to the Southeast Region in July 2002 and led the local team which opened Charter's contact center in Greenville County, S.C. Prior to joining Charter, Ms. Pitcher worked in customer care at other broadband service providers including AT&T Broadband, and Time Warner. She holds BA from Purdue University from 1987 to 1991.
