What makes you most happy at work?Some of the people I work with are great and some of the interactions with people at shows are fantastic but it's all largely a negative experience working here.
What are some of the best things about your team?The people working on the team are fine. They're people who are passionate about what they do for the most part.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?More money, it would be great to get a raise
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Underpaid, undervalued, underappreciated. I've never been treated worse as an employee at any other job I've had.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Give the managers training on how to manage people. Stop pitting people against each other. Pay fairly. Actually create promotional and growth opportunity for employees to it helps with retention.
