What do you like best about the leadership team?I really love the leadership team and how well they manage and set a great example for employees. There is a great sense of morale in the workplace, and I am able to get along very well with all of my coworkers. I haven't had a job before in which I've been able to get along as well with coworkers.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?The agency Board of Directors and staff need to be on the same page. I think that we are off course with what our mission is "helping people, changing lives".
