Great opportunity. Poor wages and compensation, driven by ticket numbers only, way to many managers, very misleading and poor outlook. Managers don't really talk to you or help. Dont work for them.

Team is friendly at least the ones that stick around.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management actually helping and responding when you need them to.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Paying the people that do the actual work appropriately and better, and actually talk to them not just go by metrics.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They should have paid the people who are out doing the work for their clients better and not ripped them off.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I took benefit i would have made 10$/hr with trying to pay into my benefit like 401k and insurance. Tell me how that is a living wage for a 38year old?
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was all done over the phone. I never once saw them or my manager and they placed me at a stite the hadn't been to in years to know what the needs were.
