More thought to the employees - less talk, more action
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very quick with only two phone interviews, but I was also asked to join by a former manager of a different contract.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Oh wow, pay increases at regular intervals would help a lot. I have not have a pay increase in over five years. We get reviewed annually - all mine have been positive either meet or exceeds expectations
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
More thought to the employees I was basically told I could be replaced anytime with ten other people willing to do the job for less by my team lead - he was telling me about what he had said to another worker at the time but by implication, since the other worker had the same position I filled....
