Compensation is below market across all positions. Bonuses were non existant for years, no equity because we've diluted all our stock / given it to the board vs employees, mediocre benefits compared to any other company in our industry, sales comp plan is designed to pay as little as possible.
I am 40% below top of market, so an incremental salary increase would offset having to deal with the other problems around the company.

Our products are a mess, we've had 4 years + since the merger and zero notable new product rollouts, despite customers repeatedly telling us what they want/need.
