What do you like best about the leadership team?
being employee centric and strategic
reliable, critical thinkers, short turnaround time
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The absolute worst executive team in the business - totally removed from what is going on in the industry, live in an echo chamber of paid consultants and over the hill former colleagues, focus on all the wrong things to the point of insanity.
Having a coherent business vision. Understanding what are the going market rate salaries.
People managing, compensation, retention, client relationships
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Nothing really. Bad 401K match. Ok medical. No stock purchase program or RSU grants for the last 5 years.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
fair compensation rate for working visa people
Compensation is below market across all positions. Bonuses were non existant for years, no equity because we've diluted all our stock / given it to the board vs employees, mediocre benefits compared to any other company in our industry, sales comp plan is designed to pay as little as possible.
I am 40% below top of market, so an incremental salary increase would offset having to deal with the other problems around the company.

There are still many tremendously talented and hard working people at the mid and lower levels of the company

people are friendly and helpful
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
reasonable work load, and reasonable questions and turnaround time

no live coding or take home assessment.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our products are a mess, we've had 4 years + since the merger and zero notable new product rollouts, despite customers repeatedly telling us what they want/need.
