What is the best part about your compensation package?

There are a multitude of growth opportunities aside from the yearly raises to adjust for inflation. For the workers that want to take on the challenges they are available and welcome. While on the flip side these aren't forced upon you if you would like to take a slower growth pace.

All aspects of compensation are very generous and exceed industry standards. I appreciate the Roth 401(k) option with employer match, HDHP with employer contribution, and the competitive salary. Taking PTO is straightforward and not difficult to consume.

The health insurance is wild. I can't believe how much is covered, and I pay zero monthly premiums.

The health insurance options are great, whether it's just covering yourself or you and your family.

I am paid fairly, and am invited to provide input when pay structure/rate is changing.

The best part about my compensation package is not what's on my paycheck, it's what I get from time at home. My time away from the office is respected. The 401k match is not bad either.
