While they expect excellent work, they also recognize the importance of a healthy work-life balance and ensuring employees are where they need to be. If changes in roles or responsibilities need to be made to support both the company and the employee, leadership is willing to make that happen.

There are a multitude of growth opportunities aside from the yearly raises to adjust for inflation. For the workers that want to take on the challenges they are available and welcome. While on the flip side these aren't forced upon you if you would like to take a slower growth pace.

My teammates are kind, funny, and so intelligent! I can always ping my teammates when I am stuck on a project, knowing that I will get thorough help. I make sure to have my notepad ready to jot down notes because their wealth of knowledge is so helpful.

My team has a great balance of being friendly and occasionally joking around together while also being as efficient as possible. They are also very careful about sharing our workload.

The company culture is positive and very encouraging. I've never felt like I didn't belong while working at CoNetrix. There are opportunities to engage with coworkers at least multiple times a week. Many of these opportunities are sponsored by leadership but plenty are created by staff desire!

It was a multi-step process, which didn't allow for their impression of me to be built from just a resume and interview. I felt like they thoroughly got to know me and my work ethic, which allowed them to make a genuinely fair decision.
What makes me most happy at work is the people and our customers. I get to work with smart, supportive colleagues and serve customers who value our work and relationships. The collaboration internally and the impact we have for our customers make the work meaningful and rewarding.
