My general experience at my company has been wonderful with the exception of my manager.

Identifying bad managers. No one seems to care.

The people because they are smart, hard-working and ethical.

Managerial oversight is a challenge. Promotions to mediocrity sometimes.

Working with my customers is the best part of my day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Generally very supportive, but HQ people sometimes won't listen to the field.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their knowledge of the industry. As inventors/developers, they know it better than most.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Highly experienced in the job. I'm very comfortable seeking their advice. Sales culture is positive and honorable thanks to the Sales VP that I work for.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The depth of questions that I was asked impressed me and told me that they are looking for the best candidates. It made me want to work there more.
