What is the best part about your compensation package?
We are given RSUs, base salary, sales incentives/corporate bonus, unlimited paid time off and weekly lunch reimbursement.

While the cash compensation is solid and competitively standard, bonuses are level/team dependent. The real win however is equity, for which the upside is massive, given company run-rate.

We are fast, efficient and creative. A vibrant and fun team to work with.

My team is genuinely focused on the ideal of "teaming" and winning as a collective sum of parts vs. individuals. That philosophy is reinforced through decisions, like not to stack rank nor apply bell curves in performance cycles.

What did you like most about the interview process?
You get to meet the team members that you will work with during the process. You hear not just the great things about the work and culture but you will also get to know the challenges ahead.

There was a loose, but clear plan and structure behind the interviews. I didn't feel like interviewers were unprepared and asking me the same questions, yet they also didn't appear prescriptive to the point that we couldn't converse.

Meeting and talking to new people everyday. There is always a sense of satisfaction whenever a task is accomplished.
