I am newer. The onboarding experience was basically non-existent. Outside of a brief meeting with HR and the global training, nobody reached out, including my manager, for days. Expectations have not been clear, and I have felt unsupported since joining.

appreciate Employee who go beyond their way to resolve escalations and complex task. Need to focus on good employees rather then making policy that makes employee demotivated. Reduce politics and promote people who actually deserve . Policies ate different for us and indian tech. Need to balance.

I have increasingly observed a gap between the company's stated values and certain leadership behaviors in practice. At times, decisions feel inconsistent and there is a perception of favoritism that undermines trust in the organization. Too little authentic personal connection exists w/my manager.

I worked at a different vendor before and was paid more. It was unfortunate that they had to let people go due to a technical issue. My pay now is less then when I departed in 2017.

The pay raises are not enough given inflation. Then the benefits keep going, so in a sense you are losing money when you get a raise.

Compensation should not be lockstep for all categories of employee. I believe I am more valuable as someone who has been at Consilio for multiple years versus someone here a shorter time.

When I share the load and don't complain, I expect the same. Also, they should realize that they are an individual contributor, and they cannot put everything on us. They should work on improving their skills on Consilio workflows rather than offloading all tasks on junior folks.
