The challenges and the constant changes. I get to learn something new daily.

I think everybody works as a team and wants to see their team and the company succeed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay raises are not enough given inflation. Then the benefits keep going, so in a sense you are losing money when you get a raise.
What makes you most happy at work?
The daily challenges, but as I said before, I don't mind the work as long as I also see my pay increase, because the amount of work keeps increasing daily.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My workload increases daily, but my pay stays the same. I'm waiting to see what the increases will be next year and if it is less 6-7%l, I might quit on the spot.
