I enjoy my work. The work experience is great. As changes come through, I wonder sometimes how it will play out, as the technology changes and our company grows globally.

Everyone is patient and knows that every matter is different.
What makes you most happy at work?
Making customers happy by solving problems and trying to streamline processes to help cut cost for them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I worked at a different vendor before and was paid more. It was unfortunate that they had to let people go due to a technical issue. My pay now is less then when I departed in 2017.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team is great to work with but challenging at the same time. It's fun to have to learn new things and now that AI is in our world, I think it will become more fun once we get up the hill.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Easy to work with. Always are willing to collaborate to fine the best solution for any problem that comes to us. With the speed of changes in data, it is paramount that we learn as quickly as we can to stay ahead of our competitors. They all are as invested as I am.
