The people. Everyone is nice.

Cooley have managed to create something called the "Cooley Family" - we feel very privileged to work within that family.

Collaboration, friendliness, genuine support and intentional monitoring of workloads and time commitments

There isnt a competitive vibe here. Everyone helps each other.
