What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Managers and executives need to respect their employees. Paid equal wages to men and women. Classes for managers who do wrong.

Communicating and fairness. Stop micromanaging the employees and downing the employees. Stop sending the same people on the President Trip. Some managers feel they can talk to you anyway they want because they know they won't get in trouble.
