What makes you most happy at work?To make the $$, all day long
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Just win baby all the time
What are some of the best things about your team?I don't have to write things like this
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Absolutely everything needs to get better.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Number of drivers online outweigh current number of available orders, so drivers must go without work. Number of orders can be improved with more marketing and a larger customer base.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Marketing needs to get larger customer base so demand is higher. Current company culture is sitting in a parking lot from seconds to 3+ hours, in my own experience, waiting for more work(ie. money) to come your way.
