Chirag Shah — Senior VP & GM of Emerging Markets at Cornerstone OnDemand

Mr. Chirag Shah has been Senior Vice President and General Manager of Emerging Markets at Cornerstone OnDemand Inc. Mr. Shah leads the Cornerstone OnDemand Inc.'s strategy for both the Asia-Pacific & Japan (APJ) region as well as the global Small & Medium-Sized Business (SMB) segment, which represent Cornerstone's two largest growth investments. This includes providing oversight for sales, marketing, alliances, client success and operations for both APJ and SMB, and guiding product development for the company's PiiQ solution. Prior to his current role, he served in a variety of leadership capacities in the areas of strategy, finance and corporate development. Most recently, Chirag was Vice President, Finance & Strategy for Cornerstone, where he provided oversight over corporate strategic planning and budgeting, investor relations, global pricing and corporate development. Earlier in his tenure with Cornerstone, Chirag helped spearhead the company's successful initial public offering, which was completed in March 2011. Prior to joining Cornerstone in 2009, he was an investment banker focused on mergers and acquisitions. He previously served as a Board Member for the Boys & Girls Club of East Los Angeles and worked with Reading Partners, a non-profit focused on improving literacy levels of children from low-income communities. He holds a B.S. from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
