Jeff Lautenbach — President of Global Field Operations at Cornerstone OnDemand

Mr. Jeff Lautenbach has been President of Global Field Operations at Cornerstone OnDemand Inc. since January 2, 2018. He served as President of Worldwide Field Operations at Jive Software, Inc. since August 25, 2015. Mr. Lautenbach served as the President of Customer & Suite at SuccessFactors, Inc. Mr. Lautenbach served as Chief Revenue Officer of hc1.com Inc. since February 20, 2014 and served as its Advisor and led all go-to-market strategies for the rapidly growing cloud healthcare relationship management company. He has a proven successful track record of leading go-to-market strategies across all types of markets in every industry from large health systems to emerging and medium-sized tech companies. He has 25 years of experience leading sales and services teams to build, transform and scale cloud and SaaS businesses, where he ran commercial sales for North America and SAP, where he was responsible for the global CRM business. He served as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Commercial Sales Americas at salesforce.com, Inc. since February 2011. He joined Salesforce.com following a distinguished 20-year career at IBM, leading over 1,300 sales and technical professionals that supported IBM's software customers. He was responsible for IBM software business in the Western part of the U.S. where he led an organization of more than 1000 professionals with software sales, technical and architecture responsibilities focused on selling to the largest enterprises in the U.S. market. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at ClearObject Corporation. Mr. Lautenbach earned a BA in Marketing from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio and an MBA from the University of Illinois in Champaign, Illinois.
