Executive Bio

Mr. Steven D. Seymour co-founded Cornerstone OnDemand, Inc. (alternate name CyberU) in 1999 and has been its Executive Vice President of Strategic Accounts since January 2001. Mr. Seymour has developed successful client relationships with an impressive number of Fortune 500 organizations. With an early emphasis on the financial service community, he has developed strong, longstanding client partnerships with some of the largest companies in the financial industry. Smith Barney, Washington Mutual, Aon and NYSE are among the marquee names that he has brought into the Cornerstone OnDemand client family. He served as Vice President of Strategic Accounts at Cornerstone OnDemand. Additionally, Mr. Seymour has forged critical strategic partnerships with a number of the top international consulting companies resulting in increased Cornerstone OnDemand business and exposure. Prior to Cornerstone OnDemand, he had an 8-year stint in the institutional banking industry. During this time, he was a Vice President of the Schroder's (now Citigroup) High Net Worth group where he covered a blend of institutional accounts, pension funds and high net worth individual portfolios. He joined CyberU from Wall Street, where he served as an institutional salesperson, corporate recruiter, portfolio manager and a private client salesperson responsible for covering a blend of high net worth individuals, mid-tier institutions and pension funds. Prior to CyberU, he also served as a private client sales executive for Schroder & Co. Mr. Seymour holds a BS in Economics and a BA in English from the University of California, Los Angeles.
