If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Corrections Corporation of America?
I would use money that might be used for stuff that didn't matter for pay raises or better bonuses. Also the culture of some higher ups not treating employees with respect. By talking down to them or treating them like what they have to say doesn't matter.
What do people at Corrections Corporation of America think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
I don't know what anybody else thought. I think they could spend less on promoting themselves and spend more on pay, etc for employees.
How's the vacation policy at Corrections Corporation of America?
I just took PTO time when I had it. I don't know if there is a policy about it.
