Listen to those seeking internal transfers and those choose to quit. Interest group run by those came earlier specially managers/directors. Some manager/director grow quickly with no value addition, others force to quit with humiliation or threats of bad evaluations. Evaluation process broken.

Worst manager. He is rarely available, maintains interest group that benefits from each other, hide technical debts from his boss, raising questions by others results retaliation, did not let engineer appraisal to manager, his boss knows it, they keep growing. Nothing based on who performed.

Overall, project time estimation is terrible becase folks don't know tech just give dates and push it. Speed is essential. But, voice od engineers should be considered for balance.
