Customer is everything. But someone need look into internal culture and how internal customers feel. Many of them may become external ones in near future.

Listen to those seeking internal transfers and those choose to quit. Interest group run by those came earlier specially managers/directors. Some manager/director grow quickly with no value addition, others force to quit with humiliation or threats of bad evaluations. Evaluation process broken.
