They have good technical and communication skills, thus really good guys to work with. Howeve, not all the coworkers are awesome depending on locations.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Customer is everything. But someone need look into internal culture and how internal customers feel. Many of them may become external ones in near future.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Overall, project time estimation is terrible becase folks don't know tech just give dates and push it. Speed is essential. But, voice od engineers should be considered for balance.
