Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Below market equity comp. Base salary comp is at market levels. Promotion process is incredibly opaque.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communicate strategy across layers of organization, encourage data-driven decision making processes, be more involved in high-impact projects and arbiter between teams.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

It took 3 months from my screening interview to my offer. The company was unresponsive at times. The company should commit to a timeframe.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Management need to dedicate more time and effort to ensuring we develop the product and integrate our acquisitions instead of pushing through soft HR initiatives that won't be helping us in the long term.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Growth has been slowing dramatically and there's no plan of action to buck that trend. Instead, management seems to rely on acquisitions that are not even integrated and already show signs of strain (e.g. culture, performance)

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Coworkers need to make data-driven decisions and not rely on their gut feelings. It is also important for them to understand that some process/system changes are required as the company grows and that it's no longer possible to operate as a start-up.
