Course Hero has a great work culture. The company is growing quickly, but also growing very thoughtfully. It's a supportive, not stressful, work environment. The leadership team all brings years of valuable experience and is very thoughtful in how they make decisions.

They are very thoughtful and measured. I feel that they are genuinely interested in doing right by their employees and in doing the right thing in general.

They trust the people below them to do their jobs. There is no micromanagement from the top. I feel a lot of autonomy in my role. They have also created a very parent friendly company culture.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They really try to take care of empoyees. They send surveys and then actually act on the feedback (e.g. changing to a virtual first environment, based on team feedback). They keep us informed about what is going on at the company level.
