What makes you most happy at work?
That I'm making an impact on the students that I work with and hopefully helping them make educational and personal decisions that lead to a more successful life at school and at work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm a contract employee and they are thinking about full time conversions but not willing to negotiate salary. Considering on how much it cost to live in the Bay Area, it is unrealistic for us to keep the same salary without even being considered for a living stipend or some kind of bonus, pay bump
