What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
CourseHero actively works to ensure that their employees feel cared about. This is displayed in their willingness to spend time and money on creating a multitude of in-person events for their employees, as well as their benefits packages and other methods of inclusion.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy to be working on a product I believe in. I am also excited to be able to flex my creative muscles in designing and implementing solutions to interesting problems. I'm also very happy with how much I've been able to learn (and how much I continue to learn every day).
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am a big fan of the benefits packages at CourseHero, even the smaller things like monthly snackboxes or WFH equipment reimbursement. I have made more use of the medical benefits as well over my past month than I ever did in 3 years of working at my previous job, because they're so easy to use.
