It's been a very good environment, there are a lot of learning. The company is very consider and there's a work hard and play hard type of feeling to how everyone works.

There's a lot of benefits that cover a variety of area. It is also very family focus.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are lots going on all the time but it's not overwhelmingly so that you can't keep up. The company is pretty considerate for everyone's situation and very accomodating.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have time to focus on my work, there's a lot of help around, my manager is pretty chill but keeps me on point and the business knows what its doing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There's a lot of exposure to the leadership team. I feel I have a very clear understanding of the leadership team's direction and vision and at the same time, my voice is heard.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There's a lot of opportunity to chit chat with my coworker even though we are in the remote setup. Everyone's willing to talk about person, career and business focus topics so it's very diverse in a way.
