I was hired during the pandemic which was a bit interesting to get used to but overall I had a great experience as a new hire. Many years later and I'm still here so I must enjoy it here.

I think we have a diverse leadership team, which can result in new ideas and perspectives.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think we have a fairly open and honest culture, and I appreciate the details shared during the all hands.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think we offer a fairly competitive compensation package in relation to other tech companies in the SFBA. In addition, we review our compensation package annually tot ensure we remain competitive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Although we're a remote team with members throughout US and Canada, I think we are a fairly close knit group and I always look forward to in person hangouts where we're all together.
