The people I work with and how we look to solve problems together. There is a strong level of critical thinking at the company and the desire to solve complex problems because they are interesting and engaging.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We are a company serving students, but as employees, are far from experiencing the pain points and motivations of our target audience. The leadership team can do a better job of acknowledging their gaps when it comes to understanding our students and having a clear plan towards filling those gaps.
