There is a lot going on and it is busy but I think we move quickly to stay agile and competitive. There are challenges but the team has GRIT. The leadership team is open and transparent and we rally around each other to get things done.

They are thoughtful and care a considerate amount about the employees and trying to tackle the headwinds that we are facing as an organization.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I appreciate the autonomy we have to get stuff done. My leadership does not micromanage and they are comfortable with having me make decisions and manage up accordingly. I have flexibility in my day to get work done.
