Knowing that I have a huge support system! I feel motivated and excited every day at work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really appreciate the transparency and honesty our leadership team has with the company. There are no politics, and we have a very lateral org structure.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We work hard but we also know how to have fun doing it. Everyone is smart, collaborative, and genuinely very nice people who know how to work together and achieve wins together.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is small but mighty -- we get wins together and have fun doing it! They care about me personally and professionally, and I really look to them for support and career development. They're an amazing team that I love working with every day.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
In addition to ranking as one of the Best Paying Companies in the Bay Area, we are also given tons of perks like great healthcare benefits, extra company holidays every month for Covid (many of my friends are wowed by this!), monthly snack boxes, and monthly WFH allowances.
