Great company so far, but very, very disappointed in the direction the company went in as far as remote work. it was an opportunity for them to step up and be a leader in the field, but they didn't.

collaborative, team mindset, willing to listen to others.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
competitive, annual bonus are great parts about the comp. package
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
everyone (not talking about executives) has good intentions and want things to work out.
What makes you most happy at work?
opportunity for growth, learning new things, working on exciting project, knowing the company has a good moral compass (which i'm now questioning)
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Have a true remote policy, not virtual first. they are okay with people leaving the company, and are not concerned with retaining talent. it seems as if they want people back in the office but not willing to force them so they don't look like the bad guy. Did not meet the moment.
