Mismanagement of remote work policy and refusal to allow internal movement between teams. Lack of career path and opportunity.

Transparency in reviews, company policy, and working to ensure employees see growth opportunity at the company. Recently company messaging has not been well-executed.

The company should be more transparent and their actions should match the language used when stating the most important thing to the company is its people.
